Therefore, properly identifying when your ovulation occurs is key to becoming pregnant. There are a number of ways women can track their ovulation. When done properly, women can time intercourse in order to maximize their likelihood of becoming pregnant.
Timing is everything when you’re trying to get pregnant. There is a narrow fertile window of 24 hours after a woman has ovulated per cycle. Miss this window and you have to wait until the next cycle to try again. Charting your cycle is an ideal way to time intercourse with ovulation.
